Primary Care of Hudson is a family practice dedicated to providing quality medical care to the entire family - from the youngest to the oldest member. Our goal is to develop partnerships in which we listen and provide the care and education that our patients deserve.

Our practice utilizes state-of-the art Electronic Medical Records (EMR). EMR helps improve patient care. The EMR instantly and securely puts the latest patient health information at the fingertips of our providers, whether in the office, at home, or at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center

New -  Foundation eCare: 
Primary Care of Hudson is happy to offer Foundation eCare, your patient portal.  Foundation eCare is an online service for patients of Foundation Medical Partners.  To set up your account visit the office to obtain your PIN.  Once you have your PIN click on the Foundation eCare logo to the left to set up your account.

You will have secure access to request test results, request a referral, refill medications, request an appointment, and more. 

Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire:
Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we are expanding our Immediate Care program in two additional locations. Later this fall Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire will open offices at our Hudson and Merrimack facilitates.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire offers non-emergency medical care seven days a week and is available nights, weekends and holidays.
